Tom for example rides with one arm and folks may wonder how he has set up his bike to work with his prothesis.
There are a handful of web resources. We list what seem to be the best below. And we know some craftsmen who work on race cars and chassis and special fabrications in the Indianapolis area which is a center for that sort of thing. The AMA site listed below provides those sorts of references.

Disabled Riders of America is a web site created by Robin a 38 year old
disabled woman who has Spina Bifida and thus requires a wheelchair and Vinny
an able bodied soft tail rider. They seek to determine the level of
interest in the US for an official group modeled on the British group noted
